Precision Sign & Awning manufactures post and panel signs for a variety of applications in many different styles to fit our customer’s needs and specifications. Unlike most local sign companies, we manufacture our post and panel signs In-house with our employees at our Carnegie, PA production facility.
FABRICATION YOU CAN TRUST
Our fabricators have decades of experience in welding and manufacturing all types of Post & Panel Signs. We have a 14 ft. Hydraulic Shear for making very clean edges and the industry’s best CNC Router for cutting unusual shapes in any thickness of aluminum.
We will paint your post & panel signage to your exact color specifications using Matthews Acrylic Polyurethane Paint; which we believe is the world’s best sign paint. Matthews’s catalyst paints have100% fade resistance for 10 years; and we have some signs still going strong for over 20 years with no noticeable fading. Unlike many of our competitors, we have chosen to invest in the technology to allow us to safely use oil based catalyst sign paints because we know that the water based sign paints do not weather well and they do not provide the durability our customers should expect from a quality sign.
We can apply long lasting premium vinyl lettering (cast vinyl) or create a full color design with our UV Flatbed Printer or our Latex Printer. We always laminate prints with a long term outdoor laminate for use on post and panel signs.
TYPES OF POST & PANEL SIGNS
There are three common types of post and panel signs that our team can create for your business. Our professional installation crews will install your signage if installation is required. We will not subcontract your installation to another sign company.
FLUSH MOUNTED
These systems are simple, but attractive. They are usually made with 2” post with flush mounted .080 or .125 aluminum faces. This is used for single sided signs only.
ARCHITECTURAL CENTER MOUNTED
These systems are custom made to your specifications with an attractive framing system. They are excellent for double sided signs.
CUSTOM FLUSH MOUNTED
These systems are usually made with 3” post with flush mounted .080 or .125 aluminum faces. They are excellent for double sided signs and are a less expensive option.
