If you are not sure which T-Shirts or garments to order, you can get some great ideas from reviewing our On Line Catalogue by clicking on the link on this page.

For any embroidering, we use our Tajima embroidering machine which is the industry standard and universally recognized as the best embroidering machine on the market.

Screen Printing Vs Direct to Garment Printing

For T-Shirts and other Garment printing, we can use traditional screen-printing techniques or our state of the art Kornit Direct-to-Garment Printer. The advantage of the Kornit is that it allows us to produce multiple color and full color shirts in short runs at a cost effective pricing.

With traditional screen-printing, the more colors that are involved in a design, the more screens that need to be produced to create the T-shirt. It is usually cost prohibitive to do multiple color designs in short runs (less than 200). However, you can use the Kornit Direct-to-Garment Printer for as little as (10) T-shirts in multiple color and full color designs at very competitive price.

Of all the Direct-to-Garment Printers, we feel that the Kornit was the only product that had durability and wash ability comparable to traditional screen-printing. It costs slightly more to produce T-shirts with a Kornit than it does other Direct-to-Garment Printers, but we felt our customers would be receptive to a slightly higher pricing to have durability equal to traditional screen-printing.

Screen Printing & Direct to Garment Printing

Depending on your design, the number of colors, and the size of the order, there is always a point at which traditional screen-printing becomes the best option, and Direct-to-Garment Printing is clearly the best option up and to that point. Cris can review your design and help you choose the best option for your project.

We would appreciate the opportunity to serve you. We will do your project professionally, on deadline, at a competitive price. You will not be disappointed.
